Kimberly Hu is a graphic designer, creative director and yoga teacher based in San Francisco, California.
Over the last 20+ years, she has worked across a wide range of industries: retail (Athleta, Gap, Sephora), hospitality, healthcare, and wellness. Her roles have included running multiple projects and teams, creating engaging visual communication and immersive brand experiences.
Her background in graphic design combined with a MA in industrial design allows her to work within multi-disciplined organizations across a diverse range of media including 3D retail spaces, packaging, print and digital design.
Kimberly is also a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience leading studio classes, workshops, beginners courses, corporate groups and private clients. She has also assisted on two yoga teacher trainings.
She believes that yoga has taught her how to find balance. Through regular practice, it has been the single most transformative and grounding element in her adult life. For her, practicing design and teaching yoga both share the unique intention of creating with purpose and having an iterative process; both inform and complement the other.
